How to send log files to AVex Support

Please go to "My Computer" -> open drive "c:" -> open folder "temp" -> locate the log files with prefix of "avex.elog", send them as ATTACHMENTS to support@avex-dvd.com.If you can't locate the log files, please search "avex.elog" in the your computer, and send them to AVex support.
