Some users might have this "Parental Control" problem when pressing the "Convert" button in AVex DVD to iPod Video Suite. First of all, if you're using WinDVD player, check if the parental control is on in InterVideo WinDVD's settings. Change it to "unlimited".
In Avex DVD to iPod Video Suite, always select Microsoft DVD Navigator in the DVD Setting dialog window, instead of Intervideo DVD Navigator.
And make sure your Windows media Player can play the DVD correctly. For more information please see this article. Note: you need to use administrator's account to change the setting if you encountered this error.
