What information should I provide when I email to AVex DVD Support?

Be prepared for the following information when you write to AVex DVD Support:

(1) Your DVD player and its version #, but don't write down your home DVD player, instead, what they request will be the DVD player installed on your computer, such as PowerDVD player, WinDVD player, MyDVD player, etc.

(2) Your newly installation of the media-related applications, such as TV card driver, graphics card, sound card, etc, the model, and the version #

(3) Whether you can play the output video file on your PC correctly.

(4) The movie titles that you have problems with. AVex Support will probably need them to duplicate your problem. They probably ask you to host such an original video file on some large file hosting sites. So, be well prepared for these many questions they're gonna ask.

(5) The audio and video codecs that you've installed recently, ffdshow audio will sometimes cause the audio problem, such as audio video out of sync, clicking/
